Professional camera with full controls and dual cards -- almost identical 4K version GY-HM170E also available
Excellent professional camera with full set of controls and dual cards, switchable between continuous and backup modes. Everything packed brilliantly into a very portable piece of kit for exceptional results. The flip screen has sometimes been complained about but, while it's admittedly not great, it's not actually so bad either. On the plus side, it's not a touch-screen-style gimmick that gets messy but is more old-school with joystick navigation which is convenient and even essential when you think of wearing gloves while filming and similar real-life situations. Really impressed with the image quality, with the only caveat being apertures of the built-in lens of 2.0, 1.8 and below. (Applies correspondingly to the 4K version GY-HM170E which is priced even lower than this one here.)Extra Tip: You definitely want to get either one of these excellent pro cameras together with the extra grip and mic inputs. Much cheaper as a boxed set than when bought separately.
