A Crime of Passion: A Legal Thriller (Joe Dillard Series Book 7)

I don't know where he gets his ideas from, but he has great one's. Truly enjoy reading what he writes. Love how the series develops.

easy read. Entertaining. Love all of the characters and their stories. Looking forward to book 8. Just finished book 7.

Scott Pratt does it again! He produced another cliffhanger for us, involving Joe Dillard, attorney extrordinaire. I enjoyed the book immensely. A thoroughly good read! Justice was served in the end.

There are a handful of authors who reliably make the best seller list but whose stories and characters wear thin over time. Not Joe Dillard and not Scott Pratt, who always makes northeast Tennessee an important feature too. I'm fond of the area and I love Scott's books.

Hard to find a time to stop reading as details, mystery and bribes go on and on and on! Ending was MIND BLOWING!!!

This book was a surprise and had lots of twist s. It kept me guessing until the trial ended with the verdict.

I am a huge fan of Scott Pratts Joe Dillard books. This is one of his best. Great ending! Enjoy

Scott's style of writing is easy to read. The dialogue flows smoothly and is crisp. Too bad his storyline is so tight that the innocent went to jail. That's life though.

It seems like I've waited a long time for this installment. I have read all in the series and have enjoyed getting to know Joe and his family. I thought the storyline with his son-in-law could have been padded out more and not sure about the ending but I still can't wait for the next one. I don't know if it was on the kindle edition but there were a lot a errors in the text, the last two letters in words were spaced out, Charlie went for a her to a him and she help up her hand instead of held. Roll on the next one.

They always fascinate. This is one of the best with the hero losing but a satisfactory finish from the readers point of view. I always get involved withthe characters and I would hate the villain to get away with it.

I have read books 1-7without pausing. Joe Dillard develops and becomes more rounded as the series continuesScott Pratt has the ability to draw the reader in to the lives of his characters as all as the plots. The endings are not predictable.These have to be the most readable and enjoyable American crime novels I have read. I am now a committed fan and shall read more as soon as I can.

These Joe Dillard book grip you from the first page. Scott Pratt isa marvellous storyteller.I would recommend them to any reader of a good crime story.
