I purchased this as a gift for a medical patients Who could not afford this ..the motor it did not work for the lift I am assuming this is because UPS delivered it in a rainstorm and left it outside I spoke to Amazon who offered 30% refund I would except 50 or 60 I purchased this as a gift for a medical patients the motor did not work for the lift I am assuming this is because UPS delivered it in a rainstorm and left it outside I spoke to Amazon who made what I thought was an unfair offer since I cannot I have the chair literally pulled from under the person I bought it from to return it. The person right now is using it as a simple recliner which the unit will recline without motor operation.

Chair was easy to assemble. Leather is great feel and color. My brother is handicapped and needs chair to help getting up and down.. he has used it for a month and it has stopped working!!! Very unhappy..$500.00 Dollars and he doesn't have money for another.

Great value, easy to assemble, comfortable and elegant

The chair is very comfortable and super easy to put together. (I'm not good at putting things together, but even I had an easy time.) The major problem is the chair is so slippery. It's faux leather, and it's difficult to get any traction to be able to stand up. Since the chair is purposely made for people who have trouble standing up from a sitting position, this is an issue that needs to be addressed. My mom (for whom I purchased the chair) is afraid to sit in it when we're not at the house because it's so slippery, she is afraid she won't be able to get up from it. Perhaps a solution would be to add rubber grips to it myself, but it sure would be unattractive.

Was easy to put together. Works great. Delivery guys were very nice and on time.
