You Are Always in My Heart Angel Wing Family Charm Keychain

Ordered last minute to add to my daughter's bouquet, to remember her grandfather who recently passed away. I added another charm - https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0763T9PDY/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 - for the other grandparents. I added the other charm to the keychain and just sewed the ring to the ribbon wrap - and will remove it so my daughter can add to her keychain. I was very happy with this.

This is cute but you can barely even read the writing on the keychain. I kept it but it really disappointed me.

The charms fell off within days of getting it. Tried to put back on but they continue to fall off. Not happy. Emailed buy no response regarding replacement.

Bought this for my mom on mothers day. My little sister passed away last year. She absolutely loved it.

I bought this as a gift for my mom after her sister died. I wanted to give it to her at the funeral, but the writing is rubbed off in the middle and makes it look used and cheap. I don’t know if I can get a replacement in time. 😥
