yummy yummy yummy
This a pricey can of dog food but my dogs love it! I started to cook food for my dogs because they were eating kibble and while my male eats anything and I mean anything my female is super picking and started rejecting the kibble . Their coats had started to get dull. After 2 weeks of cooking and their energy level got out of hand and they were chasing anything that moved outside! So I was out of ingredients and busy so I went to Petco and saw this food . It has everything but the kitchen sink in it ! Chicken, fish , eggs, different oils and supplements and they began to eat slowly , behave better, listen better and perform better. They don’t look for food all the time and try to sneak anything they can find. They seem satisfied , alert , attentive and better behaved . The formulation seems well balanced and their teeth are clean and their coats shiny and nails strong.

Unfortunately disappointed in my last order
I have been looking for a way to contact the seller/company of this product. I don't see it in the choices though, I didn't want to have to say this here because I want to be fair and discuss this privately but there is no place to contact the seller. I order this food for my 2 dogs often. They love it. This batch this time one of the cans felt extremely lite like it's basically almost empty. I didn't open it so it's sealed still. There is a small amount of food in it because when I turn the can over I can hear it and slightly feel a substance move as I'm moving the can around. Half of the other cans are not filled like usual either, they are are like 2 1/2 inches lower than usual when I take the lid off of the can, the foods all shrunk down low.I'm not satisfied or happy with this purchase at all this time. I will purchase one more time since my dogs love this food. If this happens again and there is no way to contact the seller/company it would be a waste of money because I'm paying for accurate amounts of food in the can, not almost empty cans or a little more than half full cans. Maybe this is just a random fluke and messed up batch. So I'm trying one more time.

Seems like a good quality, but dog won't eat it
Tried WEF canned food after getting a good rating from DogFoodAdvisor.com. The food seems fresh and can see the finely minced carrots. Unfortunately, my 1 year old Foxhound didn't like their turkey or chicken. Got 12 cans of each. It's been two months and have 6 cans still. My mom was visiting, noticed my dog wouldn't eat this and got Pedigree canned, which is rated poor (on DFA). My dog gulped that down in seconds! Lately, I've been giving her Iams but that isn't rated well either.Odd thing about WEF cans . . .Can't scrape off all the food. Like to recycle, but I'd have to put their cans in the DW to get food off. Even soaking over night doesn't help. Other brands' cans have plastic liners allowing you to remove food with a rubber scrapper.

Good ingredients - however
Good ingredients - however, the formula just is not as good as it used to be, unfortunately. It used to have 5 identified animal protein sources (meats) in the first 7 ingredients or so. The company has now eliminated two meat sources (buffalo and if memory serves venison? or lamb?) to change this to a very common chicken & turkey formula. My dogs get loose stool and gas now, and refuse to eat this. I have discontinued buying this product. It's a shame that several of the better quality (in my estimation) grain free lines have recently begun removing various meat sources - with many substituting peas as a cheaper protein source to boost protein levels while reducing superior animal-based protein content. I believe they are doing this just to lower production costs and increase their profit margins. I certainly don't begrudge them profits, but I'd just rather see them be more open about it by raising the cost a bit if they must, while maintaining the ingredients. This new formula just isn't anything to rave about anymore. No more Whole Earth Farms for us.

Healthy dog food.
I purchased this because my little 10 lb Yorkie is pretty particular about what he eats, and I wanted to get something that has no grains, and good stuff in it. This fit the bill for healthy dog food, the reason for the 4 star instead of the 5 star is that my dog is not too crazy about the flavors. Like I said he is very particular about what he eats...so most dogs would probably eat this up in a heartbeat. However, he does eat it, and I feel good about what is in the food.

Our dog loves this food
Our dog seems to love this food. We usually mix half a can with dry dog food to cut down on cost. The dog eats around the dry food and finds this wet food, so it must taste good. Eventually he will eat the dry food too. However, the vet told us he is too fat, so may need to switch to a lower-calorie dog food. It's also kind of pricey for 12 cans of food. But the dog loves it.

High quality at a great price
Our puppy loves this canned food. I love that it's high quality while being reasonably priced. When she outgrows the puppy formula, we will definitely move on to Whole Earth Farms dog recipes. We prefer this "pate" style to the chunky/stew versions since you get more food for your money - it fills the entire can, with no gravy (which I can make myself with water if I want). We use this as a mix-in with dry food, and will also consider the Whole Earth grain-free dry foods when she's eating adult formulas. Her coat looks healthy and shiny and her poop is regular. She whines while waiting for this food and gobbles it up, so I know she loves it!

Good quality, convenient.
I love that I can order dog food online and have it shipped to my house. That said my puppy (who is now officially a dog) did not seem to care for this food much. He does however seem to like the Merrick brand limited ingredient dog food and that is what I am feeding now. The quality seems to be good.
