the shaping process was super quick and easy. The directions were straight forward and I had no trouble making it a snug fit. It serves it's purpose really well, and I think for the money it's a good purchase. The only thing I dislike is it's size. I'm not sure if it's just my mouth or the actual products fault, but it feels like it's on the larger size and takes a lot of getting used to. Beyond that though, it's a good purchase and I'd highly recommend.

We followed the instructions correctly but it just did not mold right, it turned white in some spots and the rubber shrunk and was misshapen. It worked for the game we had left but it is not ideal and not the safest option for protection or safety.
