Great machine and amazing results on your body
I wasn’t too sure about the claims made for this product but thought it was worth a go. We’ll let me tell you it is amazing. In no time at all I am more supple than I have ever bean and feel and looked totally toned. Excellent quality and very quiet whilst in use. As everyone else has said …. Could do with some decent instructions but a quick google resolves that issues. Worth the money. Go on treat yourself - your nose will thank you for it. Why did you choose this product over others?:Quality, functionality, feedback and reviews and cost. Noise level:Very quiet. Surprised thought it would be nosier.

Don't hesitate... These are great ...
After struggling to loose weight I changed tack... I get on my plate straight after every meal because after you eat your insulin spikes and your body will store the sugar in either your fat stores or if you are moving or walking your body uses the spike for the muscles being used ...My circulation is better and slowly my muscles are getting more defined ...

Brilliant
I am really happy with this. I wanted to loose weight but I also have health issues that meant I couldn’t go to the gym so after reading other reviews I bought this and I’m so glad I did. Just the right size too

Great piece of equipment
The media could not be loaded. Only received yesterday but this machine is fab. I've used it standing and couple of the other exercises, lower legs (video attached) and press up. Will definitely be using this twice daily. U can choose the program and intensity of the vibration. Still finding my way with machine, but brilliant so far.

Smells of Toxins
Seems to be ok. As already said - the instructions are poor. My big complaint is the smell of toxins from the plastic is just horrendous. It needs to be left in a room with th windows open.
