Great tech support! Everything works as expected!

Both the screens are inoperable!! I have purchased new cords and they still will not work. I reached out to the seller multiple times to have yet to get a resolution. Finally, today I got a call back and was told that I can return the item for a refund. This computer was purchased for work purposes and why they're warranty is not covered by local repair shops is beyond me. Why have a 90 day warranty on a product that can't allow a claim nor fixed. Why was the computer and monitors not tested before they were shipped out!!!! What sense does it make for me to ship the computer back if it's covered under a 90 day warranty. I will NEVER buy anything from this seller again.

When I received the machine I was initially frustrated because I thought it didn’t work but it was the cord that connects the dual monitors. I bought a new cord and it works great, although it is a bit loud. But for remote gigs it’s perfect!

Great all around purchase

The thing to remember is that this is a refurbished computer. It is definitely old. It came missing the dual monitor cable (DVI). When we plugged everything in, including the first monitor, and tried to turn it on, it did nothing except the fan made a very loud fan noise. We waited a bit and still nothing, with the monitor not able to detect the tower. As I needed the computer for work the next morning we had to run to Best Buy to get monitor cables. They worked, but added another $40 to our total spent. Next morning when I went to use it for work from home, we had the same issue as the first time we turned it on, nothing happened other than the fan in the tower turning on. I turned it off, unplugged everything from the tower, plugged it back on, and then it worked. I have not tried turning it off and on again as I need it for work right now. Then this morning one of the monitors faded out, but has come back on. My husband has reminded me that considering the price and that it is refurbished that we were taking our chances. So, rather than giving very low rating, I wanted to give a middle rating and a warning. These aren't new and buyers should take that into account when making the purchase. Had I had the time, and better funds, I would likely have purchased something new, but this has worked in a pinch.Update: Even after updating programs, driver, etc., the only way to get it to recognize the computer to turn on is if we completely unplug the power cord from the computer for at least 5 to 10 minutes. Oh, and support has only gotten back with us once, to say there should be two cables. Yeah we figured that out. If only they could answer when we call.

I want to be fair to the seller. If you're after a cheap PC and don't really care about capability beyond writing emails or doing office work this could well be for you. The seller did not misrepresent what they're selling. I looked at it and saw the rough specs and thought "That will do". However, the unit was so old it had no wifi and so required a cheap and crappy USB wifi adaptor (supplied). It didn't have HDMI or even DVI, just VGA and Display Port requiring another adaptor for that. It's like something you'd find at an elderly neighbors garage sale. You get the picture. Also beware the "restocking fee of 20%". All of that's my fault for not paying attention to the details. Urging you to not repeat my mistake. $399 was too good to be true.

Everything came as described. Monitors matched. PC works with no issues or loud fan noise. Only problem is the 2nd monitor adapter doesn’t work so I only have on monitor. I switched cables on the monitors and found both monitors work great. Simple deduction is the adapter doesn’t work. Now let’s see how long it takes the seller to replace. I’ll update review when and if I get this simple issue resolved.Update: after being forced to write the above positive comment they promised to send a part to fix the system. No part yet and tomorrow will be a week!! I’m going to ask for a refund and return the system. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER.

I love the duel monitor and computer. It’s great for any work for home job or content creation.
