Medium is size of my hand

Tight Screw in Battery Housing
Using my eyeglass Philips head screwdriver for eyeglass screw tightening (which properly fits the Philips head tiny screw of the pillow's battery housing to insert batteries) I found the screw was too tight in the housing to loosen to incorporate batteries.
