So far the leak from around my chimney is stopped. I’ve given only one layer but quite thick. Quite happy with it

Does not work
Rubbish, does not work. I cleaned dried and let the sealant dry for 7 days. It did harden but if you get any amount of moisture on it, then it starts to soften and lift off the surface.It's a lie..... not a waterproofer at all

Mixed experience
I can't say that you wouldn't recommend it but it really depends on what use you have in mind. It's essentially a glue that does what it says, provide that the surface doesn't stay wet for too long. So, for example, if you plan it to use it on the floor of a shower that might stay wet for a day or more (especially in winter), then probably you need something different as this product will turn into it's original state of sticky glue.
