Poor Performance & Misleading Features
The Soundcraft Ui16 is just a piece of crap. The Wi-Fi is highly unstable, the interface often lags, and the HDMI port is just a dummy – it doesn’t work at all. It also can’t be used as a USB audio interface, which makes it useless for live streaming. I contacted support but received absolutely no response. I regret purchasing this model, as it offers no value for money. There are far better and more reliable options available in the market.

Beta version with no jbl support or roadmap
No improvement by jbl from 2018. Lan not functioning as per spec, big with usb player still not fixed 7 years later. Extremely disappointed by jbl

Master button knob is Really Disgusting
Overall product is good.Unexpected Delivery happen so early also.But there is something going wrong with master knob button even that button's quality is very poor.It's just Disturb the sound when I roll that button
