This Computer package is outstanding quality for the price, I couldn't believe it till I received it. And it works great for working from home.

Awesome bargain, no issues with setup or startup. All cables were included for extended monitor setup which really took a lot headache and extra cost away. Windows couldn’t be updated to 11 on my unit, which isn’t a huge deal for me, but may be for some. Overall a sick deal.

Got the computers. Was super excited. Opened it up, directions not specific whatsoever, had to call my brother to help me out and even he was confused. Colors weren’t matching with where they should plug, we kinda just used common sense to figure it out. The paint is chipped and when I had everything plugged finally, I had to switch my keyboard, got shocked 🙂 one screen lit up to begin setup. My mouse doesn’t work, won’t click on anything but moves around through both screens. Now I’m stuck on hold with their support service to figure out what I did wrong. The chipped paint and whatnot was a whatever, I just needed it to function. Now I’m not sure if I even wanna put up with it. This may have been a one time thing, something with the manufacturer or whatnot but I’m disappointed.

Update on review!!!So after having the computer for a couple of months now I realized the sound(speakers) on the computer is very low. Due to working from home I use a headset anyway so it’s not too much of a problem but for others, this could be a problem. That is literally the only problem.I had absolutely no problems at all setting up.Everything came in the box and was in great shape.I'm using it to work from home and not gaming. Not sure how it would be for games but it's really fast. Great condition and would highly recommend it.I bought the protection plan because, well, why wouldn't you? lol IT'S USED! DUH!But I got an email from tech support right after I bought it and was happy they were willing to help if I needed anything.I've had it for a couple of weeks and if I find something to be wrong with it, I'll come back and update this. But for right now, it's awesome.The sound is low on the tower but I'll see how it does in a headset.I did have to buy a couple of cords to connect my phone line and modem but that's due to my work. I also bought a Headset with a dial pad and currently trying to connect the phone line to use the phone via computer.Like I said, If I have any problems I'll definitely come back and re post.

Too much money wasted on this computer. It doesnt work. It doesnt even turn on. I am never shopping at Amazon again. Ive lost a lot of money lately with items never delivered and refunds i cant confirm receiving. I dont know whats happened to Amazon. I use to never have these kinds of pro lems with them but since this computer ordeal its been one thing after another. I have spent tens of thousands buying through them but this wad too much to lose. Its partially my fault. During my 30to 90 day return window i had a medical emergency and was put into the hospital and didnt get it sent back in time. Since tben ive been rebuilding the computer myself just having to replace each nonworking component myself one by one. Well I am not Tech savvy and am now stumped. Its now a giant door stop. Useless!

I purchased a renewed desktop computer for work - it was perfect for my work so I ended up buying this for my niece and nephew in middle and high school (respectively). I live 500 miles away so I had my 15yr old nephew set it up - he should have had supervision as I asked - he forgot to plug the monitors. Once his stepdad figured that out, we were good to go.The kids love the dual monitors (which they don't have in school), the bluetooth, WiFi, etc. They know it's not a gaming machine - it's for learning. They love it.It was inexpensive enough for me to see what they'll on it. If all goes well, then I'll buy a new laptop for my nephew.

***update***This company is a joke!! This was a gift for my son. I set everything up and made sure all was good, 5.5 month’s later the computer stopped working. It started out not loading stuff, then it would randomly shut down and at able 6 month’s it went black and wouldn’t turn back on. I reached out to the company to ask if they could offer any help or suggestions and they told me the warranty was expired and they could not help me!! A big old waste of money, and a birthday present that hardly worked!! This caused more pain then happiness for my son.This has done everything I needed it for! It’s scary buying stuff like this online
