I am so incredibly glad I bought this spiked bamboo carving board.It is a lovely looking board and very practical. the removable spikes meant can easily be used as a bread or cheese board when I need a large presentation. Removal also makes the spikes easy to clean and store safely.the spikes hold cooked meat securely from really small roast joints up to a whole turkey and the deep grooves collect the juices so they can easily be added backing gravy or other sauces - with no mess on the counter tops.The bamboo is beautiful, stands up well to being used with sharp knives and is really easy to clean thoroughly.Buy it!

We have our old board for years. Was a little worried about it being bamboo. However we are delighted with this one. It’s very sturdy and non slip which is great. Easy to clean and looks good too!

A lovely carving board. I haven't used it as it is a birthday gift for my Son. A good weight to it so I imagine it will stay put on the worktop making it easier to carve the meat. The spikes are stored underneath making it safe and easy to clean.

This board is fantastic. It holds the meat firmly, doesn't slide around the worktop while using and allows juices to filter off into collection galleys so it does.nt run off all over the worktop. Brilliant piece of kit. Would recommend to everyone. Was big enough to easily hold a 14 serving bone in Turkey crown.

Really natty little gadget with storage at the back to hold the grip when not needed. Easy to clean, good size, sturdy construction. Excellent value for money. Wish I'd bought it a long time ago!

Used the new board last night for our roast. Grooves meant the juices were caught easily and could tip into the gravy without any mess. The spikes held the meat well for carving and were so easy to clean! Hand-washed the board and left to air dry which has worked perfectly. Really like the way the spikes are removed and stored underneath for easy stacking and safety so you don't get caught on them when going through the cupboards. Would definitely recommend.

Arrived on time and in good packaging. Nice size and thickness however, the 'gravy groove' isn't deep enough and have to drain a couple times at least when carving a medium sized chicken. The surface feels a bit flaky and rough.
