Looks strong and good quality.My only concern is that the last rubber cord is too thick........... to pass through the tool's (screw driver) hole.In that case you might need an additional piece of paracord.

I read reviews about the carabiner not being sturdy enough. While it’s not a great carabiner, it does still work or can be switched out easily.Besides that it’s a great product, has saved my drill numerous times from taking a dive off the roof

Its a well made product. Very sturdy. Bungee/stretchy with adjustable loop will hold your tool or in my case fishing rod very well. Aluminum clip is decent but not impressive. I got those for kayaking - lets say they are a little on a heavy side for what i needed :) Easy to use for kayaking, though clip was a downside - kind of tricky to operate in gloves - assume the same will be true for a work site as wellRecommend - overall recommend as a well made productWhat i liked about it1. well made2. heavy duty and sturdy3. hold fishing rod securely teethed to my kayak4. comparing to other products - this includes weight ratings - a huge plusI am partial to the aluminum clip its came with. Very practical

I used these for a work-positioning project last week. I was using a Milwaukee M18 Fuel Cordless grinder with a 6Ah battery (a heavy combination). These lanyards worked extremely well in slowing it's fall when I dropped it. Barely even felt the tension of the drop on my waist belt. Much cheaper than the name-brand lanyards and they work just as well.

I bought these tool tethers to use for some camera equipment. The weight rating was one of the highest I could find, but shortly after attaching the carabiners to my camera, the spring, keeping the carabiner locked either malfunctioned, or broke. No camera equipment or anything else was damaged because of the carabiner breaking, as I was just testing it out, but I will be replacing the carabiners.

Think this will work well for my needs. Using them with dewalt cordless tools. Not wanting to drop 400 dollar nail guns off a roof 😫 anymore. They are tough but not indestructible. The bungee is definitely well built but also nice and long for working around your body.If anything the carabiner is the cheapest part but easy to swap out if needed.
