OMG What A Life Saver!
I live in a house that exclusively uses well water, in the southwest region of the US. Our water is extremely hard, full of calcium. Therefore, ever since we moved in 10 years ago, I (the cleaner of the household) have been battling hard water deposits on faucets, on shower floors, on shower glass doors, inside toilets along the water line, etc.I am little bit OCD when it comes to the appearance of cleanliness and I had been embarrassed for years, because, despite my incessant hardcore cleaning, I could never remove the ugly hard water lines in our toilets. We have 4 toilets in the house, most of them new within the past 3 years. Even the new toilets will grow a calcified ring within a few weeks of use.I’ve tried vinegar for 48 hours in the offending areas of build up, baking soda, I’ve used fine grit sandpaper, I’ve used pumice sticks, I’ve scrubbed with a Mr. Clean sponge...NOTHING touched the calcium build up. I was so frustrated and felt defeated.Luckily, about 6 months ago, I heard about these babies when I was researching hard-water cleaning tips from pros (again...) They are a game changer!! I have used them to scrub away the ugly calcified toilet water rings several times, and the toilets look brand new until the calcium begins congregating on the water again. I usually rescrub off the calcium about every 4 months in each toilet, or as needed before guests visit.I have used them on our white porcelain sinks and they work great, and I haven’t noticed any scratching from them. The pumice sticks I used to use definitely left scratches, the calcium itself also seemed to etch into the porcelain in areas. These pads are AMAZING.Just wet and rub gently (sometimes a looong time) until the hardened calcium wears off.TIP: If you suffer with hard water, don’t scratch up your nice metal faucets. Whenever I clean my faucets or stainless steel kitchen sink, I first clean well with whatever recommended cleaning product I have on hand. Afterwards, the metals can look a bit dry or rough and there are still hard water deposits. A great trick to hide the wear is to put a couple drops of olive oil on a paper towel and rub it into the fully dry metal real well. It makes it shiny and look new. I do it every time I clean.

They work!
These are the only things that remove the ring on our toilets. We have really hard water and our toilets have not looked clean like they do now. 👍🏻

Great for toilets
We accidentally stumbled across these cleaning pads many years ago. We still haven’t found anything better for cleaning toilets. These cleaning pads are amazing!!

Decent Cleaning Pad
What I liked is that this pad cleans reasonably well without extra chemicals. It doesn't clean thehardened material in the toilet so I have to use a scouring stick to get rid of that material.Still pretty good for cleaning a toilet overall without extra cleansing chemicals.

Removes Hard Water Ring
We live in an area with water that breaks coffee pots due to the water being so hard. (No joke!) The rings in each toilet of our home would not come off with toilet bowl cleaner or CLR. Mildew would grow on the build up and some bowl cleaners stained the building up, which made everything look worse. The Shaw’s Pad takes some elbow grease but DOES get rid of the build up. As far as I can tell, the pad did not damage the bowl finish. No more crusty toilet bowl rings!

This will remove toilet rings and doesn’t appear to be damaging porcelain
Works great! I wish the pad would last a little longer, but I guess it scarifies itself to save the porcelain

Beats Anything Else I Tried!
Where I live, we have the WORST and strongest metals in our water, and rings form seemingly while you watch. A little of our basic powdered cleanser and a Shaw's pad and the rings disappeared like magic. Best of all, I didn't spend more than a few minutes on the cleaning, and purposely started with a soft amount of pressure (I wondered if it would ruin the porcelain finish). By rubbing softly, the pad quickly cleaned away the ring and stains and because I didn't have to scrub, I no longer worry about the possibility of ruining the porcelain.I've scrubbed with pumous stones before, and this is soooo much easier. Five stars.

Works well, not durable
I have gotten these previously and they lasted for years, these are breaking down after a few months. However, they do work well on lime. scale
