Nice working electric reel. Had to put an eye bolt in the center of the bracket to hang from an eye bolt that was screwed into the ceiling.

This item is so nice it looks great in our garage it's sturdy the weight is okay the lockability is wonderful clean clean this is so easy easy to use and it gets everything up out of the way

It's built very heavy duty. I took off one star only because it does not swivel like my old one did. It uses two screws to anchor it to the ceiling. My old one used only one large eye screw which allowed it to swivel in any direction. As I use it, that may not be a big deal. And I like that it has a three prong plug instead of just one. I am happy with the purchase.

it came quick works perfectly . Had an old onethat had flat cord and it wound up with muchdifficulty . This one has round cord and winds andstops well. I will buy a second one for the storagebarn.
