I used the saw over the weekend for the first time and was very surprised with the power and how long the batteries lasted. I used a 9H battery which I highly recommend using. I cleared a lot of 20 year old shrubs and several 4" diameter trees with no problem. Very happy with my new saw. The only down side is that it is more heavy than my old one.

I have a collection of DEWALT tools, so buying this was a no-brainer. I mainly use it for pruning jobs and for cutting down small trees where it excels using a Diablo pruning blade. I previously used a small chainsaw for these jobs, however, the reciprocating is both safer and can also be used to cut out tree roots.

Had a 9 amp battery on it 60 volt and it worked really wonderful and had all kinds of power

Very sturdy, heavy duty reciprocating saw! Also purchased separately the 60Volt battery and the price for both were items were less than Big Box stores! Please with these items!
