It's case, It's padded and it works ferfect
Good heavy case and arrived before the speakers did. If you just spent over $4K for speakers get these to protect your investment. Speakers handles are easily accessible through the velcro covers. Easy on and off. Fold neat and take up very little room for how padded they are.

Because these as made by Gator for JBL, you can be rest assured that the quality is there. They will last a lifetime in normal use. They are just a bit too expensive and there is no alternative (at the time of writing).

It doesn't have to be made to fit.
Recently, I have been searching for speaker covers to fit my Peavey PVXp 15" speakers and unfortunately nothing matched the 28"X 20" X 18" dimensions. I purchased the JBL Bags SRX815P-CVR-DLX Deluxe Padded Protective Cover for SRX815P-CVR and it was a perfect fit. Even the handles can be accessed when lifting the speaker for setup. GREAT!
