Easy to construct and I wasn't sure at first until I put them out in my flower bed and they look beautiful. They add a lovely bit of colour when the sun shines and I will be ordering some more.

Pretty but do not glow
These do not light up when slightly. Look nice as a decorative piece in the garden but do not glow even slightly.
