I bought this for a cream color carpet in the dining room. It was easy to use and I didn’t have any problem with the spraying. It covered the area well.I used one can for a 6 x 9 carpet with more than one application, because I was using it as the protectant from stains. When you spray it out, it comes out as a clear appearance and there’s no weird smell with it.It arrived on time and the can was packaged well.I’ll have to give an update to make sure that it has a good stain remover aspect, but so far, not disappointed in it’s durability.

I bought a new, expensive rug. I also have a free flying pet pigeon who isn't fully potty trained. I wasn't excited about stains from his poop. After easily applying two coats as the instructions list to, not a single stain has set in. It's decently water resistant.I didn't deal with any sticky residue or overly harsh smell. This has worked better than I had imagined. It didn't stain or remove any color from the rug.I highly recommend this.

Worked well and has protected the rug well so far. I have not had any major spills yet, but at least i know i am protected for when that happens, small little messes wipe up with ease. I definitely do no want to spilll anything on my rug but i am confident with this protection on it the rug will remain stain free for years, novisible difference in rug

I am unsure if the product does what it says it will do. There is a warning that it could change the color of your rug. Because of that warning, I did not use the product.
