Best thing since "sliced bread".
I have a few of these both in the US and where/when I am in another country, which is most of the year. If a stack of mail hits, well...this piece (for me proves itself as invaluable)!

If you have to ask, it’s not for you
So sick of the cheap $5 letter openers which get gummed up and don’t work. Plus, as a guy... I mean... it’s an electronic letter opened.All my friends are jealous.

Quit working in a week
It was great when we received it. It opened letters very fast and we have a lot of mail. We use it for employees who are home bound. But it has quit working after a week. The motor still works but the blade doesn’t. Maybe it got dull but no way to fix it that I’m aware of
