Very well made and packaged. You do have to put the whole thing together but does come with step by step instructions. Only took my 15 to 20 min to assemble and start pressing. Heat seems to be even across entire pad. Adjustable downward pressure very easy to adjust just by turning large knob at top of swing arm. Has alarm to let you know timer has reached the time you had set. Looks very nice and well made. All the functions of this product was very easy to program and set. The hat press and other attachments also worked very well and love that I bought it use it almost every day usually for about 3 to 5 hours and still working like new.

Love my heat press! It was a gift from my husband. He got it’s a good deal, nice sturdy quality, works great. And it has a safety cut off. Its definitely durable.

JUST WHAT I WANTED

Trash assembly. Every other video shows it coming out of the box. Attach the timing box, plug and use. Assemble in minutes. This is not even close. Build it yourself. Pray the parts line up. Ours didn't, we had to dismantle the one pre-assembled piece to assemble it correctly. Made it more of a chore but it still assembled and works. Just be warned the instructions are not specific to the model and might take some deciphering.Temperature- used a digital to check temperature fairly accurate all things considered. Pressed a cotton towel at 350 for 30 seconds. Machine dropped 2 degrees not bad. Hand press usually drops 5. Even heating. Adjusting pressure setting is fairly straight forward.Using it for Kydex this evening. Will update if any issues arise.

It came... I Ordered two Heat Presses before that never showed up.But I need three screws for this Heat Press. This Heat Press doesn't have all the Nuts and Bolts.

When me and my husband got the heat press, we had to assemble everything. All the parts were separated. We had looked on YouTube and it seems that everyone who bought a heat press, it was already built for them. We had to build the parts, the clamp, the platen. The entire press was not together. We had to build it all. We did not expect to have to build a damn heat press. The heat press should have been built already. Then the clamp part of the heat press was crooked and was not aligned. We had to unscrew everything in the clamp. The bottom of the clamp had a screw that we could loosen to turn the plate that was crooked. Instead of unscrewing it to the left, which should have loosened it, it tightened it. So we had to unscrew it to the right to loosen it. Then after we did that, we had to put every single little thing back together. This took 4 hours of us building and assembling this heat press when it should have but built already when we took it out of the box. Do not get this product if you do not want to have to build a heat press part by part by part

I guess I missed the picture that showed it slid out also. I'm really happy that is does ( wish it came out farther, but even a little helps.) I had this brand before and it only lasted 2-3 years so I'm hoping this one does better. I haven't used it much yet, so will update if something goes wrong
