Csn the clock be adjusted to come every quarter hour using the Westminster Chime?

No. The assembly instructions that came with my unit mentioned this also. Must be an error in the manual talking about similar but not identical products the manufacturer provides. Extra easy to happen and extra difficult to figure out after coming thru the Chinese language haha. The chime on thus product hard set to chime 16 of the 24hrs/day.. You have to set the the clock to the particular 'point' out of the 24. No 1/4 hour chime on this unit despite the manual mention
