If you are looking to shift your health, energy levels, confidence, fulfilment and spiritual mindset - buy this book, read it at least twice and implement the dry fast of your choice. You can not fail. It will take your closer to your Source. It is authoritative, from a qualified medical professional who practices his own treatment. Take advice only from authentic sources. This helped me on a longer dry fast, I am currently on Day 4 of a 10 or 11 day dry fast, which I never believed I could do. I have already lost 7kg (from 55kg) but feel fine. No cramps, headaches or weakness. Walked 2 miles yesterday and will be taking longer walks today. On a 3 day dry fast last summer I was quite tired and was waiting to end it. Absolutely amazing! From a critical point of view, I love that in the preface the author says that while dry and water fasting have helped many people, it did not help everyone. This makes the rest of the book credible, he is obviously a balanced, legit, truthful doctor who's work is scientific and not biased.I also love that the book tells you how to prepare for dry fatsing through various types of cleanses and detoxes. At the time of reading this book, I have advanced neurological Lyme disease, and had actually been doing one of the recommended detox cleanses when I started reading the book, but had encountered a dangerous medical emergency as I did not know how to do this cleanse properly. After reading this book, j was able to see what I was doing wrong and correct it so I didn't need to go to hospital. Absolutely amazing book full of insights and wisdom for those who have been told there is no cure for their condition!

Pages numbers missing but has good info on dry fasting protocols

I can't get behind everything written in this book. The quote 'there's more than one way to skin a cat' came to mind when discussing diet and lifestyle. The information directly pertaining to dry fasting was excellent however. The anecdotal experience of a man who has seen first hand the effects of dry fasting on different diseases is worth its weight in gold in an age where so little information exists. You are able to combine what Dr Filinov witnessed with much of the emerging science from people like Valter Longo and the good summaries of some papers by Jason Fung to understand and validate the claims within. Anecdotally again, I have used the 5 day dry fast and seen massive improvements in some quite serious musculoskeletal issues that have bothered me for many years. Also significantly easier to undertake than water fasting.

Some fascinating theories, use a bookmark because unusually the pages aren’t numbered.

Enjoyed this book and completed 3 day dry fasting couple of times. Highly recommend this book to differentiate facts with fiction/myth.Thanks Dr Filonov.

I have to say that I absolute love the Information on the book. However, I ordered my first copy and that came unnumbered, I returned it and order another one as I thought mistakes could happen but I received another book with the same issues again. Because of this it has been hard to enjoy reading the book as you don't want to damage it hence why I'm sending both back.
