It was the correct material, nice grain, select quality.
Like I said, nice grain, select grade material. Cost more but it’s my house and I have to look at it every day so better is, well, better!

Great high quality Threshold
This Threshold worked great to separate my kitchen from living room floor. There was a fairly significant gap between the two floors. This bridged the gap perfectly and the stain we used looks great and applied easy to the Threshold.

I can’t believe this is such a rare piece of wood finishing. Needed to transition laminate wood floor to 1/2 higher elevation. The strength of real wood was priority for me as the synthetic materials will wear easily in it’s intended location.

Actual cut differs from diagram
Very nice piece of wood for a fair price, but I was counting on it to match the displayed diagram. Their drawing was a perfect match for what I needed. Unfortunately, the bevel cut (upper left in photo) was made too deeply which made it overlap the rabbit cut (lower right in photo), making it impossible to trim to fit to the left without losing the piece's strength. So, I'm back to the scrap woodpile :-)
