Makes Restringing Guitar Easier
The Cuda device made it simple to get strings at the right length when restringing my acoustic guitar. It also worked like a charm for removing the bridge pins.

Love it
Change guitar strings quickly. Has gauge to get string the right length. If it had a built in cutter it would be perfect. That’s my fault for not thinking about that. I just use wire nippers like I always have. It’s a great tool. Highly recommend. Must have.

Not for use on a Telecaster or Stratocaster (or other guitars) with 6 Inline Tuners
Spacing is too close on 6 inline tuners for the Cuda Winder to work. On my Martin acoustic guitar, the Cuda Winder works as described and makes stringing up an acoustic guitar very professional looking. Can be used as a string winder for any type guitar. Recommended if you change strings on a regular basis.

Great product
I hate changing strings on my guitar and mandolin. Part of that is getting the length just right for each string. This tool. Gets the string length right and you don’t have to guess. The string winder is a handy tool and the slots for pulling bridge pins does a great job. I don’t mind changing strings near so much as y did.

What an awesome tool!
If you are a guitar player, just buy this. Your seriously won’t regret it… also, I am a left handed player and it would fantastic for stringing up lefty guitars aswell.

hard to use
I have arthritis and this winder was very hard for me to use. It's a great idea though.

This really simplified string change on my guitar.
This reduced the guess work of how much slack to leave when putting new strings on a guitar (or other string instrument).The tool itself is solid and it winds the tuning pegs smoothly and quickly. I would recommend this as an addition to anyone’s guitar maintenance toolkit.
