I really love Pereg bread crumbs in the Italian and Spicy flavors. I use them on chicken breasts that have been baked in olive oil and a little bit of salt with either the Wegman’s Italian or the Wegman’s Chili Lime seasoning blends sprinkled on under the bread crumbs. I add the bread crumbs during the last 15 minutes of cook time so they won’t get soggy, although Panko is nicely resistant to that. The flavor in these crumbs is just right for both the flavors I use too. Not overbearing, not sweet, just plain yummy.

My GF introduced me to this product. It’s wonderful for breading halibut for Vera Cruz! If there are leftover fish (never happens at my house) it reheats really well

My family loves the spices in this panko mix. We use it mostly on chicken. It coats the meat really well. Ot gives the chicken a nice little kick.

My fried chicken is even better with the spices!

This has a great taste and somewhat spicy.We use it for breaded chicken and pork chops

Have used this several times but is extremely delicious when coated in asparagus and toast. Has a nice little kick of heat and a great crunch.
