As a childminder I have been searching for the perfect wooden play kitchen for my mindees for years, I’ve had various ones over time but not one of those matches up to this. The attention to detail, from the flashing light in the microwave, the ice dispenser, cooker good light and the marble effect backing just makes it look and feel like a “real” kitchen. Oh and of course the colour is beautiful, exactly as it looks in the photos.Assembly took a long time, about 4 hours by myself, but was actually very easy once I got my brain working.I have had it nearly a month now and children from 12 months to 11 years have all delighted in playing with it. It’s sturdily built and has already taken some banging from hammers, along with ride on toys crashing into it, but, as yet, no sign of a scratch appearing.I actually think it’s very reasonably priced for the quality, Plum products are always reliable and their customer service is second to none. There was a part missing from the box and a slight chip in one piece and they sent out replacement parts free of charge without quibbling.A beautiful, robust product that I totally recommend for anyone looking for a play kitchen…and if you have just stumbled across this review and weren’t looking for a play kitchen why not find someone who needs one as this is PERFECT!

Looks great, build quality is poor. Lasted less than a week of casual use by a 3 years old. Sent back for a full refund. Started to crack and splinter in almost every section.

The media could not be loaded. This product is everything and more!Beautiful design and well made.Instructions couldn’t be simpler all pieces and screws etc are all numbered.Very well packaged I would highly highly recommend.Construction did take a while but not as long as some of these reviews have said.It was 3 hours tops for me which included simultaneously occupying a 3yo.There are some minor issues with a couple of the pieces but after a quick chat with Amazon who provided me with the contact details for plum direct I hope to get this sorted rather quickly.

Very Sturdy. Looks fab. Various functions.love thebice function on the fridge. Took a few hours to put together. Not as tall as i thought it would be , even tho i knew the measurements!

Great kitchen but unfortunately one of the supporting parts for the top shelf came broken straight from the box. A few other minor scrapes on a few other parts too sadly

Extremely complex to build (even though it says there’s no assembly required), it took three people 8 hours and we ended up having to ditch the oven door because there was no hole for one of the hinges to go in. Once built, it is a very nice kitchen and it comes with some good accessories and light up bits.

Reading the reviews I was nervous about putting this together. It was a pretty big job (4 and a half hours) and halfway through found a piece that was damaged. Glued broken piece and by the time it was needed it was reasonably stuck together. Pictures show that there are 4 spoons but there were only 3 (missing spaghetti spoon). It is a lovely kitchen though.Tried to contact Plum but as Amazon dispatched it I had to go to their customer service who told me to contact seller directly (which I was unable to do). Disappointing service.

Took a little while to put together but got there in the end the instructions were straightforward to follow, had a few little issues that I messaged the seller about and they were extremely helpful and sent a replacement kitchen without any fuss, highly recommend this seller they definitely care about their customers and business reputation as it was so straight forward to speak to them via Amazon messenger and they responded very quickly and fixed the issue even quicker. My son loves his kitchen and plays with it every single day since his had it, it was definitely the highlight of his birthday for him. The kitchen is a great size and will hold up for a long while. Would highly recommend buying this kitchen and buying from this seller too.
