Q: I want it with only 3" high legs...is that not an option with Amazon?

I use the legs that came with the bed. My pups don't seem to need height. As long as they are elevated off the ground, I think it's ok the way it comes.

Q: Does the material sag over time in the middle after they have laid on it

I’ve had ours for three years. No sagging at all. Maybe yours might be from the nesting your dog does. We bought one for our first English bulldog who sleeps on hers every night. We just got another English bulldog puppy, and of course she wants to sleep on that bed. So we just bought another one just for her. She loves it!

Q: What size for a 60 pound doggy??

It depends on the length of your dog, so the best thing to do is measure the dog from the tip of the nose to the base of the tail. This is the minimum length the bed will need to be in order for your pup to lie out flat on the bed. The listed dimensions include the outer frame which is about an inch wide on each size, so you'll want to deduct 2" from each measurement to get the size of the sleeping surface. A 60 lb dog could fit on anything ranging from a medium to a an XL, depending on the breed (a 60 lb English Bulldog, for example, could fit on a medium due to their short body, but a 60 lb Shepherd would need a bigger bed due to their longer torso).
