Works like a dream. Two minutes to install.
Installed in two minutes. It came with a plastic trim remover tool. Works great. Looks good. Fits perfect. Some reviews I read say it's too snug and product rubs on the trim and gets stuck but this didn't happen for me. I can see just the slightest gap all the way around the buttons and they don't rub at all. It works great!

Easy to Install
I have been struggling with my electric windows for a long time. If I would have known how easy it would be to fix them, I would have done this long ago. I ordered this part and without any tools, I was able to complete the task in five minutes. It was basically plug and play. There were instructional videos with the ordering information on Amazon that made it easy to install.

Size
Switch assembly is slightly larger in overall size. Removed small amount of plastic from body of part to fit. Works fine.
