Item arrived in record time, Item was well packaged to protect from the elements. Item was purchased to make oven mitsthe item is thick and dense, very easy to sew and produced a great oven mit - Heat resistant, item was reasonably priced, will purchase again, will recommend.

I love this stuff. I've used it to make lots of heat resistant oven pads as presents and some mug rugs to save my wooden furniture from heat marks. I wasn't sure if it was really as heat reflective as I wanted it to be, until I used the wrong filler (cotton batting) on some oven pads by mistake. My husband and I both could tell the difference as soon as we picked up a hot pot. I've now got some unpicking to do. Would definitely buy this product again.

Used for making oven gloves, perfect!

This is perfect for oven mitts. I made one and tested it to make sure that no one I gave a pair to got burnt as it is very thin. I just used one layer of insulbright and a front and back cover of thin cotton. I was heating a saucepan of beans on the hob and when the beans started to boil I took the pan off the heat and held it by the base with my oven mitt. Even after a couple of minutes it still felt comfortable to hold. I am very impressed by this product. It is easy to sew and is washable. I will buy this product again.

It look good, I doesn't Finnish my project so I can't tell if heat resistance is good (I edit my review when I Finnish and try it, I used for iron table cover because my iron table is bigger than regular one I can't found the right size) and I use the remnant part for under pots table protector and it does the job for this application. And you receive an oven mitt pattern and instructions with your purchase as a present. So I recommend this product, and it's good value for money.I will be happy to re-order this item with this seller next time I need this product.

Just what I needed. The quality of this wadding is excellent and has just the right 'bounce' for oven gloves, table mats and all things that need to keep heat away from skin or wood table tops. Also think one could make a nice warm jacket using it in between lining and outer fabric.If anyone is into making table mat's, runners, oven gloves, buy it, it's just what you need.
