Thought I was going to have to stop working out. Arthritis in my big toe was getting so bad. I can actually do lunges and for the most part not nearly as painful

I ordered these looking for a product that would help make my feet more comfortable, less irritated and less susceptible to pain.I've worked in an environment where i'm on my feet around 10-12 hrs a day, 5 days a week...i'm walking half that time, climbing a ladder about 20% and the rest lifting and standing.Recently, i've developed pain in my shoulder, neck and hip....some of that i believe has been due to my sleeping position, BUT....it may also have a lot to do with my feet....So i ordered these with the hope that they would help contribute to some pain management and be directly responsible for a better and healthy posture.My feet are usually killing me at the end of my shift....so i ordered these to see if they can help.They are very rigid and i was expecting softer inserts that at minimum had an arch already existing.I did research (which i implore you to do) that showed my that carbon fiber inserts are ideal fir different activities that involve high intensity feet/toe movement.I say ideal because i believe after reading up a bit that they could also assist with my pain if i where them while on my shift.They are presumed to be very durable and last a long time as well as somewhat form fitting after some use.Current reviews on these particular inserts are mixed...and i plan on updated as my use of them continues in order to leave an accurate personal experience.This is a first time for me so i give 5 stars from cost comparison and the fit was on target based on my shoe size!

Not for me.

This was not exactly what I was expecting. It is literally just a sheet of carbon fiber, completely flat with no contours. I have no idea what to do with it. Do I put it on top of my existing insole, does it go underneath my existing insole, or is it to completely replace the existing insole? All of that is irrelevant because it is an irregular shape. I wear a size 13, and this does not match any of my shoes. Furthermore how would I trim it to make it match? Should I get my angle grinder to it? Also if you deal with consistent foot pain would you want just a hard, flat, rigid insole? I know why not. Maybe if I completely understood the concept of this I could do something with it.

The media could not be loaded. Working in hospitality, some days I can work double in my running shoes. And after 16 hrs I don't feel my legs. I decided to give this one a try. I do feel like I am Usain Bolt. I run on the stains with ease and yes, my shoes not as flexible as they were, but On the other side my feet feel like I just woke up, fresh and ready to go! They are comfortable to wear, yes it did take a couple of days to get used to it, but it is absolutely worth it. Money well spent, yes they are not cheap but worth it. I do around 10-15 miles walking a day and after 20 days the insoles are as durable as brand new.✅I hope you’ve found the information and my review helpful.✅

We used this for sports use. Sizes were very difficult to gage. Even with putting new insoles over them in our shoes, it was so uncomfortable and even painful at times.

My husband has a very physically-demanding job and often complains of shoulder and back pain. So I am always looking for anything that might help him. I confess both the hubby and I were wondering how these could actually help considering how stiff they were. Actually had a little trouble getting them into his work shoes because there is no flex or give in them at all. And yet, after three days of use, hubby has had no pain in his shoulders or back and work. I don't pretend to understand the science of these insoles. I just know they are working for him.
