This rack by no means is gonna compete with one by rep or other major names. The frame tubing is just simply not as big and sturdy.With that said it does a great job with what it uses. It feels sturdy. And I noted it only wiggles a little bit when I’m doing dips or pull-ups. I’m 220 pounds.Great looking product and really enjoy having it in my garage.

The media could not be loaded. Off the bat I give it 5 stars!Shipping: Ordered March 6th. Delivered March 10th. BOTH boxes! As many people will notice, boxes can arrive a little beat up. But riding on the floor of FedEx/UPS trucks for those days can do that. Nothing was damaged and all parts were there. NOTE: both boxes are heavier. Team lift if you are very strong in the core or back. Lift with your legs!Assembly: Not too bad! Instructions make you think a little bit. But the parts are listed and marked in each bag. Meaning each part is wrapped in plastic with a letter and number on them. Hardware is in separate boxes too, also lettered and tells you how many of each you have. Each STEP to assembly will list the parts you need and how many of each. It’s one STEP per PAGE. Makes it easier. All in all it took my lady and I 3 hours to put together.Durability: Okay this is what a lot of people worry about. It is DURABLE. 2x2 steel uprights. There’s plates that go around the bottom to secure it even more after bolted together. Does not move much. Sure you’ll have a TINY bit of shake when you’re doing pull-ups. But other than that not much!Functionality: The cables it comes with actually are awesome. Seem commercial gym quality. I got the plastic pulleys since I see no need for aluminum. You can put some 3 in 1 oil on them to suit your needs if be. I like the landmine attachment. You can put that either side of the rack, chose a hole. Most of the attachments it comes with are actually nice. I got aftermarket VBAR for pushdowns and a different lat pull down attachment and D handles. Theres enough space between uprights to bench press inside the cage.Conclusion: I really like this rack. I think it is a great buy. Heavy duty and very nice to add to a home gym. I was a little hesitant on it as to just how sturdy and how it would perform at that price range. But, it exceeds expectations. I’m sure it will with you too!!

First of all received it 5 days earlier than scheduled.Open the boxes and everything was in perfect order. No scratches no damage. No missing parts.It took me (80 yr old man) around 5 hours to assemble it completely. A little longer than what most people required, but I got the job done; by myself. Test it out the police system to check for his smoothness in action. I opted to go with the polished aluminum pulleys instead of the plastic. Very happy I did so! The pulley system is super smooth. Not a sound or any drag in the system at all. Tomorrow will be the day that it gets put through its first real workout. I'm anticipating a really good workout on this cage. No more stretch bands! Yay!Oh, and for those people who use adjustable dumbbells I found that my dumbbells fit nicely on the weight rack. I have special hangers for the dumbbells so they attached to the weight rack. I do not have to buy any plates for this cage. At least not yet until I outgrow the dumbbells. LOLI highly recommend this cage for intermediate and advanced weight lifters or bodybuilders. I guess it would be good for beginners as well. I have been body building (off and on due to injuries throughout the years) since 1972 and have owned a lot of different equipment throughout the years, including Smith machines. This is the best cage yet.Oh, and before I forget I would like to say that the customer service for this company is totally outstanding! I have emailed them several times asking questions before making my purchase and they have returned my emails within hours, not days, not weeks.I highly recommend this equipment and this company.Hope this review will be helpful.

Warning! The instructions were right but the pieces were labeled wrong pay attention to the directions not the labels. Luckily we did pay attention or would've been a big waste of time! Seems like a great system overall but building it is a task so having the pieces labeled incorrectly was annoying.

A few months in and I am still really impressed with this system. I am an experienced lifter and also work on functional lifts, so having a free weight option was important to me. The convenience of the pulley system is ok, you still have to stack weights instead of just moving a pin. However, having a system that allows me to incorporate both free and cable lifting while saving space in my house is great. Not to mention the cost.My set was not missing parts, and I was able to build it by myself in an hour using a ratchet, but with the included wrenches it might take longer. I recommend this cage, and every time I use it I’m reminded of what a good purchase it was.

Very high quality weight equipment, assembly Instructions are extremely clear and easy to follow. The functionality of the pulley's is really smooth. You will feel secure. Lots of different attachments. Great price!!
