Well, to start they are delicious, with a sweet/tart citrus flavor. The chew is nice too, soft, and a touch sticky.They get their sweetness from sugar, which I prefer to artificial ingredients. As gummies, these are convenient and easy to take. My kids are willing to take them as they are basically like candy. The have a good flavor, and are nicely sweet (but not the sugar coated kind). The gummies had a nice chew to them, and none were stuck together. I'm not sure if they have really helped with focus, as, well, my kids don't exactly seem like the most focused humans out there, but, here's to hoping they are helping!

This product is exactly I was looking for.My daughter used to take medicines but no more, so I was looking for alternative healthy way. She really enjoys eating them every morning before she goes to school. She said taste isn't bad but somewhat they stick to her teeth. This B-First brain supplement vitamins is full of minerals and vitamins essential for brain developement and growth. The only drawback is that this bottle which is price at 18$ contains 60 gummies. Each serving size would need 3 gummies per day so that would make each bottle good for 20 days. It is pricey in my opinion considering there are less expensive brands in the market now.

I know this says it's for teens, but at 30 I need all the help I can get in the memory department. These supplements are really good. They are pretty sour, but I'm a fan of the flavor. I think kids will really enjoy it as well. They are pretty chewy, but not too hard. They do get stuck in the teeth a little bit. Overall though, I'm a fan.
