EDIT: After leaving the review for the metal brackets, the seller reached out and let me know that there is a 2-year warranty and offered a refund for the damaged brackets. With this level of customer service, I would order from this seller again. I would recommend opening and checking your product as soon as you receive and contact the seller with issues, rather than wait like I did and feel like you are now just "stuck with it" because you missed the return window.>>>ORIGINAL Review<<<All the metal wall brackets are bent... 6 for 6, bought 3 15" ones and 3 22" ones... all have the same problem. Causing the front of the shelves to lean downwards. Even before putting anything on them. Just the weight of the shelf has the front tipping. So disappointed. And I held onto them too long, so it is too late to return. :(

Absolutely love these! The 2 part design makes them so easy to hang and get them level. Super sturdy once hung and definitely will hold the weight indicated.

So these shelves are pretty good especially for the price. They’re easy to install, they’re very clean looking and just over all cool the only downside is they don’t seem all that sturdy so that’s why I gave it 4 stars, they say they can hold up to 22 lbs but honestly I don’t think they can. As long as you don’t put heavy things on them you’ll be fine. Overall they’re great looking I do recommend them

Great price for the quality. Very easy to install!! Looks great with one shelf by itself or all 3 together.

Very cheap, put them up and they slant down. Not stable at all. Had to use the braces just to get them straight. Do not recommend at all. Should not be allowed to be called floating shelves. Very disappointed but we had drilled all the holes already so do not want to return them. If you do get them make sure you have shims available but know that they are not sturdy at all.Update: customer service was great! They helped make sure that we were taken care of. In looking more at the reviews seems they are mixed and possible we got a bad set. I think they just need more reinforcement in the internal supports to make item more sturdy. If you get these and find they do not work for you we would recommend reaching out to their customer service.

The shelves went together and look lovely on the wall. They work exactly as advertised. However, you must be very careful to use the correct drillbit and if you do, then, there will be no problem with installation.

Decent construction, very lightweight, very easy to hang, comes with a level.

I purchased a set of the 15.7 inch and the 22.5 inch size. Mounted both sets of the backplates to studs. The 15.7 inch are even, do not sag and look sturdy. The 22.5 inch are sagging and look as if the shelf will slide off the backplate with nothing sitting on it. In reviewing the troubleshooting under product support for the item the options are to "Replace with heavy-duty hardware," "Reinforce with additional brackets - Buy brackets that are the same type or more robust than your existing ones," and "Add shims to balance the shelf." I purchased these items as they were described as Increased Load-Bearing - Our shelves can hold up to 22 lbs., allowing you to display your favorite objects with confidence. Disappointed as additional work and troubleshooting is necessary to ensure the stability and look of the 22.5 inch size.
