This tape works great! I was actually really surprised because of all of the bad reviews…but I figured it’s cheap, so I would try it.It actually stayed on better than the KT Tape Dodds, which I was not expecting. I was gardening and was taking my gardening gloves on and off all throughout the day and it was still going strong after three days.Now, it did hurt a bit when I tried to take it off, so I just waited till I showered and it came off, no problem.It did leave black residue, like others have said, that’s really difficult to get off…but…so does the name brand KT tape, so I don’t know what to tell you there.I clean my skin with rubbing alcohol before applying and after I put a strip on, I use the top side of the paper backing to really rub it and make sure it’s on my skin. And you have to round the edges…very important!I’ve already ordered two more rolls!The pics are after almost a full day in the garden.

This tape is way better than the name brand. It stays on longer, and stretches a lot. If you have a strain or stress injury please try this. Look up ways to tape it online. Depending on the injury it is amazing how much relief this can give to sprains, overuse injuries, or “old age” joint problems. It is a great value and stays on forever and provides relief without medication.

This is great tape. It sticks better than most and lasts a long time, it does the job I’m looking for it to do

I’ve been using the product for about a week. It’s is stretchy and easy to apply. They come in other colors which is nice. The tape can stay on for 2-3 days even after showering. It gives me support on the knee’s and it’s preventing my knees from feeling like they want to buckle. My only complaint will be is that I wish it provided more support with the one layer. If I want extra support I have to layer the tape. Hope this helps

The Tape it’s really good after 4 hrs played pickleball it still stays on my elbow and better than KT tape.

Better than KT Extreme. This stuff REALLY stays on! It doesn’t rip my EDS skin like other brands tend to do. It’s a great buy!

Just received this tape, applied it to my knee, and within a few short hours it’s already peeling. I only did a few miles on my treadmill, and as an avid hiker, I don’t feel confident in this tapes staying power should I use it on my hikes. Especially now that the weather is warming up and I tackle pretty strenuous hikes as well as occasional backpacking trips. If it starts peeling following a light workout, I doubt it’ll last through sweat or trails with knee-deep water crossings. I bought two rolls because of the great price compared to Rock Tape but I definitely realize why it’s a much lower price. Next time I’ll spend more to get better quality.

I am satisfied. I used it on my son’s pitching arm. Sticks well, even when sweaty.
