Merguez sausage spice mix
I love merguez sausages being that my father is Tunisian born, I grew up eating merguez sausages cooked on the bbq, and when I saw this seasoning mix I had to try it.I prefer to eat a fairly spicy sausage and with 1st batch we added a tsp of cayenne Peper to the mix, & made the merguez, ok taste, but not quite what I grew up on, flavour was good, but not spicy enough.So, we tried again, but this time adding 2 tsps of cayenne powder, we just cooked some, bang on the flavour this time, I was taken back to my childhood, spice and profile of all the other spices just complimented each other, I finally ate a decent merguez sausage that took me back.So, I quickly searched for the mix and found out that you no longer keep the Merguez Spice mix, so back to the drawing board, as now we have to limit the amount of spice mix that we have left.Please restock this spice mix, or give me the ingediants please 🙏RegardsJoe

Good but Be careful it is not sausages
Advised to Read correctly the description don’t do like me, it’s good product but it’s for make sausages it’s not sausages yet
