Difficult Installation
The media could not be loaded. Another Amazon purchase of something that looks the part, has a great description but doesn't actually work properly.I have hired a fully qualified electrician, he's a smart guy and familiar with opening systems. Not even he can't get this device working, not yet anyway. It's costing me by the hour and I'm loathed to continue saying 'yes' to his hourly rate as each hour passes

Dont use the wiring diagram!
The system on the whole works but the instructions are poor, the wiring is: push= blue from keypad and one side of the door open switch,GND=black&purple from keypad and other side of door open switch,+12V= red from keypad,-COM= black (mag lock),+NC=red (mag lock). Also, when you code the RFID you need to turn on the search first then SWIPE the tag across dont leave it there as it wont always read properly. Other than that it does work and the app is relatively easy to use

Frustrating and a bit dodgy
I’ve had this wired up professionally. The touch pad doesn’t work, and the Access Power Unit glitches I.e. when you press the exit button a couple of times, the lock releases, then the unit dies. Must be a loose connection internally because if you give it a tap, it comes back to life, but rinse and repeat thereafter. All indications that it is a poorly made product. Waste of money

Does not work
I have followed the instructions as per the documentation and the keypad is unable to ope the lock. I have been on it for more than 2 days. Still no luck

Not bad but does need some DIY knowledge and persistance
I didn't buy mine here but found this page looking for good instructions. What I found here allowed me to get it working with tags, password and fingerprint. So far, pairing with the app over wifi has defeated me. I'm not sure how to set the panel into pairing mode, AFAIK, it's *999999#74# but * gives me a doobell sound and it doesn't seem to go into pairing. Any suggestions welcome. It seems pretty good for the money but it will require persistence the install. I recommend some silicone sealant as I would rely on the water resistance

Works if you follow the wiring diagram.
Rubbish WiFi and no easy way to add an aerial.

Have 2 of these both wired to manual and both don’t open lock, have used before and had no problems
The media could not be loaded. Not sure what’s up with the unit as all seems to work other than the lock retracting
