Got the defective product at first, then ordered a replacement which is working perfectly fine since 8-10 days. Customer service is also good. Talked to them regarding the wiring they give me the solution over whatsapp.

I could write a lot about the poor design but I'll be brief: [(a) no means of securing it to anything, no means to screw it in place, had to cable-tie it.(b) Open terminals, which meant I had to secure it in a box to ensure it was safe....I could go on].The 16A, 1 node switch was connected to a load (compound security lights) of 320W, ie, less than 2A. The system was set to switch on a daily basis, so, once a day it was to switch the load on in the evening and then off the next morning.The switch was disconnecting from the wifi on a daily basis and required resetting every single day (same wifi hub was used for cameras without any issue). Not annoying enough, after about 10 days of this daily headache, it stopped functioning and switching on the lights. Tested it and found there was no output.The company asked me to return the switch for repair, took over a week to pick it up and then almost a month to return it. Meantime, fitted another product for the security lights.When I finally tried to use the "repaired" switch it did not work at all.In my opinion, the switch was a complete waste of both, my money as well as my time.

The first pairing method is easy, but you gotta follow the instructions carefully for the second one.It's super compact and hides easily in the switchboard.The server's never gone down on me.
