Just installed this on my G17 and I'm blown away by the fit, finish and ease of installation 20 minlocked up tight and my Holosun HS407C attached with no issues. bore sighted , tested and excellent quality looks great.The best part is I can reverse it if needed. No expensive slide cut or MOS slide needed. Recommend this item to anyone.Disregard 99% of negative issues reported most are installer related not the plate

I bought 2 of these for my Glock 17 and 22. The red dot sight on the 22 came off and hit me in the face after firing a couple rounds. I thought the screws were a little short and I had not used locktight so I bought longer screws and used blue locktight. I was hit in the face a second time. This time I realized the screw holes had stripped out. I don't trust the second plate will hold so I have ordered one made of a harder metal.

Plate fit my receiver like a glove. I subsequently mounted my red dot sight to the plate with no issues. Quality appeared to be top notch and I had no issues with attaching it into my receiver sight slot and experienced no issues mounting the red dot sight (Bushnell) to the plate. I have no qualms about reordering should I have the need.

Works great however made the firearm way more bulky, was not so easy to install and made everything less concealable

This is decent but beware you have to get it in place right the first time. It was good for about 100 rds then bacame loose and had side to side play which I didn’t notice until I started missing my shots. First time I installed i back tracked the plate, probably my mistake because it is aluminum and caused it to not sit tight in the slide. wanted to give it another shot but I went with a steel dovetail instead
