Q: Is alignment needed to adjust the steering wheel after the installation?

Wheel alignment and steering wheel center are not necessarily a related thing. If you installed this kit and it drives straight down the road, however the steering wheel is cocked to the left or the right it's a relative simple fix. First, find your drag link, it'll be the tie rod that connects the steering knuckle on the passenger side to the pitman arm near the frame on the passenger side. Near the pitman arm there will be a sleeve with two bolts on it that connect the tie rod end to the tie rod (drag link), loosen the bolts and rotate the sleeve (it may not take many turns) until the steering wheel is centered, then tighten the bolts on the sleeve. Now this is something that's easier to do if you have someone in the Jeep to let you know if the steering wheel is going in the right direction or when it's centered, however it can be done if it's just you. I was a little apprehensive at first, then after it was done I thought to myself "well that was easy".

Q: Does this fit a 2019 Unlimited Sport 4 door?

YES - even though the Amazon fit confirmation says it does not - If you go to Rough Country directly this is the kit. I just installed on mine 2019 JLU - Only issue I had was on the rear. One of the nuts on the top of the mount had the washer welded just off center "winking" the hole so the bolt wouldn't go thru - 10 sec fix with a Dremel too and a carbide bit.

Q: Is there any drilling required for the shock relocation brakets

No drilling at at All bolt on I am happy with it 😃

Q: In the instruction, it saya 35" tires will clear but rubbing may occur with extreme articulation. Does this apply to the rubicon's model as well?

you can easily run 35’s stock ,with the rubi, you can fit 37’s with this kit with no rubbing.
