Fit was perfect
Give it good marks for fit. The durability may be an issue but to be fair it isn’t a daily use item. So long term durability remains to be seen. Overall I think it is excellent.

Junk
Does not fit and’s very flimsy, and when I returned it, I never received my refund. It’s stated there was a problem with the refund but doesn’t tell you what the problem is.

It may be just a small piece of plastic......but it's a small perfect piece of plastic
Perfect fit....and when snapping the rod in for the hood it's kinda tight which is good...this product was spot on...couldn't of been any better...

Thank you!! I was so over my prop rod shaking loose from the hood.
Fairly easy simple fix for the prop rod shaking loose from the hood and banging down on the radiator.Took a few minutes to figure out how to remove the old clip and then install this replacement, but it was worth it.No more floppy rod!

Did not fit 2006 jeep tj ! The clip part is too small for the hole in hood.Waste of money !

Great Value
Works fantastic. Make sure after you put the end into the hole that you compress the U shape down into the shank that fits in the hood. That will spread the legs and wedge it into the hood so it doesn’t come out.

Made for square hole
Great idea but doesn't work on 1997 wrangler. Made for a square hole, the 97 had a screw hole where the original part went.Collapsed under pressure.

Absolutely trash!
Don't waste your money on this hood prop stay. Installed fine but broke as soon as I tried to put the hood prop up to store. Has a major weak point in the design woth that long skinny middle section.
