Decent Product
Seems sturdy enough. Make sure to clean the metal well with rubbing alcohol before attaching the adhesive backing. Also, you’ll likely need to straighten the Velcro with scissors if you don’t like askew edges.

Absolute hot garbage
If you want to tape something to your firearm that is not going to work under tactical conditions, then I guess this is what you want. This thing is absolute garbage. I hesitated, once I saw how cheaply this was made, to put it on anything. But, stupidity overcame my common sense. Within 15 minutes I realized any bump, against a door frame, or your arm, or even a decent breeze would cause this thing to come apart. Either at the velcro or at the weak tape that is supposed to adhere (read: ruin the finish) of your firearm. I contacted Trinity about the quality of this product and the response came :"please return the item back to amazon for full refund.we do have other high end or better shell holders, the item that you purchase is our low end shell holder"Even with the grammar shortcomings, the sentiment came through loud and clear. Do not trust your life, a hunt, or gun, or anything else to this product. Amazon is awesome and their return policy is great, but I am not going to cost them any money to even return this junk. I can't even fathom where the good reviews are coming from. Some people must have very low standards these days or perhaps they aren't real. Step up and get a little better shell holder from a different source.
