Cheap and works well
Well, I have to say that this doesn’t look very impressive based on the packaging, which is as generic as it’s possible to be. Luckily the unit itself looks very nice and is easy to identify in a bag of kit thanks to the bright red finish.I am currently using this to charge large camera batteries and powerbanks while on the road. For that use it is excellent. I’m not charging anything with particularly high power needs. I think the biggest thing is running direct power to a gaming laptop that pulls about 120W when maxed out in games. You get two USB outlets, and I would have preferred more considering the price of the unit. There is a 65W PD port (i.e. USB C) which will keep up with all modern Apple portable tech and most laptops apart from ‘gaming’ systems. There is also a full-size USB-A QuickCharge 3.0 port, The overall build quality is good, nothing feels cheap or breakable. If you go over 100W the unit gets quite hot, which is to be expected. The fan will ramp up but you’re not going to notice the noise in a non-electric car. When I use this in the US in the summer I will rig up a little usb fan to make sure it’s getting extra active cooling. The power delivery seems very stable, I have yet to have any dropouts or spikes on my more sensitive kit. This gets four stars for being a very useful car accessory at a reasonable price.

Durability and price
Good price and works well. Going on an extended trip around Europe soon so will have a better idea of it’s durability

Stopped working
Purchased 5 months ago and only just started using a few times and unfortunately it has stopped working already and I've missed the return window. Seems poorly made and wires are loose going into back of unit

Good bit of kit
I have found this very useful as I am a mobile engineer and I don’t always have a place to plug my laptop in. I have used it a lot and it’s been great.

Cheaply made but works
Very, very cheaply assembled, not exactly a secure plug fitting, but it does work. Basically, you're getting what you paid for.

A very neat 12V to 230V inverter
This seems to be a quality and good VFM little inverter. I tested it into two 230V 100W halogen filament bulbs (200W total load) and even after an hour, there was almost zero temperature rise of the inverter. The fan keeps the inverter very cool. At that load it was drawing 17 Amps from a 12.5V steady power supply. Equating to 213W DC input. For a measured 203W AC output. So around 95% apparent efficiency which is extremely good. The hottest thing in that test was the DC power input lead, which was just slightly warm.It comes equipped with a good quality 12V cigar lighter style DC plug. However, beware that even the best ones are sometimes resistive when plugged in, and can potentially overheat. This unit could probably draw around some 25-30 Amps at full load. Most such DC outlets in vehicles are only rated up to 8 or 10 Amps. So some care is needed to not cause a DC outlet overload and a blown fuse (or worse) in the vehicle. It comes in Red or Black anodised aluminium extruded robust case. I must say it looks very pretty in the red option. It is also equipped with handy USB A and C type charging outlets. All in all a great little unit. The only criticism is that whilst the USB outlets can be used at the same time as the 230V outlet, The little USB C outlet is completely obscured when a typical standard 13A plug is inserted! See pic. Otherwise no issues to report.
