ID Stronghold RFID Blocking - Slim Leather Trifold Wallet for Men - Durable Nylon and Leather Light Brown

Lori's husband here. I have had this wallet in my hip pocket for 2.5 months now and it is holding up very well. I like the rough nylon exterior as it is easy to handle and stays in my pocket without sliding around like the smooth leather wallets can do. I keep it in my rear pocket with the length vertically. It will fit in my 32"/32" jeans or canvas work pants with the length horizontal in the rear pocket but is a little tight in the jeans. Work pants are fine. I had to pare down some of the stuff I had in my old wallet to get it to be thin enough to be comfortable when folded which was actually a good thing. I have a half dozen plastic cards and a drivers license in it as well as fishing license and a few odds and ends and lastly a small amount of cash. The leather has got a little discolored in a mottled sort of a way on the outside (no big deal to me) but looks like new on the inside. I would recommend this wallet to anyone that just needs to pack around the basics. I cannot say anything about the RFID function but can only assume it works.

I prefer trifolds with card slips that face inwards. This RFID blocker is a handsome and sturdy wallet and it will now become my standard. I expect it will last a long time.

When duct tape could no longer hold my wallet together I knew it was time for the dreaded new wallet. Once of the most feared stage of adult life.How with my cards fit? Can they all fit or will I have to downsize? Will they be easy to access? How well does it close and how slim is it? Overall bretty happy but wish the flap was a 1/2" longer so it's closed better maybe with a magnetic closure because magnets are as mysterious as they are cool.

After 20 years of the same old wallet it was time to grab a new one and this one fit the bill perfect (pun intended). I’m a big fan of tri-fold wallets and this wallet is nice and slim, good pockets and good quality. I have not tested the RF blocking feature so I can’t speak to that but I am happy with it.

I was on the fence when I ordered this wallet since I’m used to leather wallets. I decided to go a different route since I’ve been having issues with leather wallets for a while. When I got this wallet I liked how stiff it is. It really does a good job of keeping its shape. I added some of my cards which I carry a lot of for work purposes. I used a rubber band to keep it closed. Then I added more cards and used rubberbands again and it’s perfectly molded now and a great wallet. I am also a fan of the RFID protection. I would definitely recommend this wallet.

I held on to my last tri-fold wallet - a leather and forest camouflage-pattern nylon version - for easily 20 years, but it finally got too frayed and too RFID-vulnerable to keep. With RIFD sniffers becoming more and more ubiquitous, it seemed only logical to replace the venerable old camo tri-fold with something newer and more capable of thwarting a passing sniffer being operated by someone in line with me at the grocery store or elsewhere. I liked the look of this one, especially the leather components. The RFID shielding is not obvious - it must be sewn in between the layers of leather and nylon, but credit cards fit low enough in their pockets to where the chips are fully covered and should be shielded from prying sniffers. The wallet only features 4 dedicated card pockets, so I had to ditch a few non-transactable cards that I used to carry in favor of not stuffing the single billfold area with cards. The leather accents on the outer shell of the wallet have already darkened to a deep, chestnut brown color, which is pleasing enough, while the inner leather remains substantially lighter in tone. I hope to carry this wallet for as long as I did its predecessor.

This is a replacement for my old wallet so far it it what I wanted and exactly as described and is well made

I bought this for my husband. He had one that was a bit larger. This wallet is great after being used. It fits everything he needed to put in it.
